Customer Success Manager / Part-time

We’re very excited to be able to offer up the role of part-time Customer Success Manager. This is a great chance to get in at the very early stages of a fast growing marketing agency, make a real impact and help shape our future direction.

The primary purpose of this brand new role, is to make sure our clients feel supported, feel informed and overall, feel very happy with the service we’re delivering. For some accounts, that will mean overseeing a freelancer and ensuring their work is completed and delivered on time and to an acceptable standard. For other clients, it will mean carrying out those marketing deliverables yourself and keeping the clients informed on their project’s progress.

What we’re looking for is someone who has a good head on their shoulders and can use their own initiative and make it their own responsibility to ensure our clients are fully serviced. We’re looking for someone with an absolute minimum of 3 years marketing experience. Ideally, we’re looking for someone from an agency background who can use their past experience to help us shape our small, yet fast growing agency as we move forward. If you’re not from an agency background however, don’t let that put you off. If you think you’ve got what it takes, we’d like to hear from you.

On the skills front, you’ll need to be happy getting your hands dirty. We’re a small business and that means it’s all hands on deck when it comes to servicing clients and growing the business. Rock solid social media skills are essential, including setting up, managing and measuring social advertising campaigns. We’re also looking for someone that’s happy to turn their hand to blog writing and if you’re comfortable using email marketing platforms, even better. Outside of that, WordPress and Photoshop skills would put you at a distinct advantage.

We’re looking for someone to come on board initially for 15 hours per week. There is scope for this to increase as the agency grows. The hours will initially be spread over 3 days so this would be perfect for a working mum.

Lead Generator / Appointment Setter

We’re looking for a super-motivated, freelance lead-generator / appointment-setter to join our team. You’ll need to be UK-based and be able to work on your own initiative. It’s a home-based role, but we’ll provide as much support and training as possible to help you succeed. We’re happy to pay up to £100 for every meeting booked and we’ll even pay for a LinkedIn premium membership.

Social Media and Content Specialists

We’re on the look out for experienced, customer-focused marketing specialists to join us as Account Managers on a freelance basis. You’ll need to be UK-based (preferably London) and you’ll need to have at least 2 years experience in social media management. If you’d like to write content – you’ll need to provide us with examples of your work and have English as a first language.

We pay a fixed fee per month for each account managed and we provide you with plenty of support to ensure you’re able to give your best and feel like a valued part of our team.
